As a non-profit, NovaForge’s mandate is community benefit — not capital returns. This makes us uniquely suited to sit at the intersection of founders and investors without the conflicts of a VC or for-profit program. We are neutral, community-first, transparent, and inclusive — diversity is a founding principle, not an afterthought.

No. We are a registered Ontario non-profit. We do not take equity or deploy capital. We connect investors with founders through structured programming.

Every founder goes through our intake process — sector fit, stage, traction, and commitment to community engagement. We screen for AI-first, market-ready, coachable, and globally ambitious teams.

Minimum two office-hours blocks and one event panel per quarter — roughly 2–4 hours per quarter. Most members contribute more by choice.

No. Many of our investors and advisors participate remotely. Office146 supports hybrid programming and most events are streamed.

Email partnership@novaforge.ca with a brief intro and we’ll book a 30-minute discovery call. The Council intake takes around 2 weeks from first conversation.
