NovaForge is a registered Ontario non-profit AI venture lab, headquartered at the Office146 campus in Etobicoke. Our mission is to develop a serious AI ecosystem in Toronto — the founders, the mentors, the capital, and the campus that bring it to life.

We never take equity. We never charge founders for community access. We operate as a community-first launchpad — built for impact, inclusion, and the next decade of Canadian AI.

The venture lab is the programmatic engine behind NovaForge — a coordinated stack of founder community, mentor network, partner ecosystem, and structured programs that turns ambitious ideas into investable companies.

NovaForge is designed as a single, coherent founder journey: discovery, sprints, mentor matching, capital readiness, investor introductions, and global expansion pathways — all delivered on top of a real campus, with zero equity taken at any stage.
