NovaForge AI Venture Lab Inc. is a registered Ontario non-profit dedicated to supporting early-stage AI founders in the Greater Toronto Area. We provide workspace, mentorship, community events, and global connections — all without ever taking equity in your company.
NovaForge is built for tech founders, developers, designers, operators, investors, and anyone who wants to be part of Toronto’s growing AI ecosystem. Whether you’re building a startup, looking to connect with founders, or a corporation wanting to engage with emerging talent, there’s a place for you here.
NovaForge is based at Office146 — a 50,000 sq ft facility at Suite 100, 146 Thirtieth St, Etobicoke, Toronto, Ontario, M8W 3C4. It’s accessible from Highway 427 and close to the Kipling and Sherway Gardens area, with free parking on-site.
It means NovaForge never takes a share of your company — no equity, no warrants, no SAFEs, and no future rights of any kind. You build your company entirely on your own terms, and NovaForge’s support comes with no strings attached.
Most accelerators take equity in exchange for their support. NovaForge takes nothing. We’re a non-profit that operates on a community-first model, focused on connecting founders with resources, mentors, and investors without requiring you to give up any ownership of what you’ve built.
NovaForge AI Venture Lab Inc. was incorporated on April 4, 2025 as a registered Ontario non-profit. While the organization is new, it operates out of Office146, a well-established facility in Etobicoke managed by Vosyn Inc.
Vosyn Inc. is the standout example. The company started with just two founders at Office146 and has since grown to over 750 employees, raised a $25M Series A, and was recognized as a Google Cloud Top-10 Canadian Startup in Q4 2024. That kind of trajectory is exactly what NovaForge wants to help more founders achieve.

Not at all. The community is open to anyone interested in AI and entrepreneurship — students, developers, designers, investors, and operators are all welcome. You don’t need to have a company to attend events or become a member.
