One of NovaForge’s recent success stories is Vosyn Inc., a real-time multilingual content localization startup. NovaForge helped Vosyn at every step of their journey. Starting with a team of two, Vosyn has grown to what is now a team of over 750 people.
Incubation at NovaForge (2023)
Post ideation phase with Vosyn hiring its first employee in mid July, kicking off technical feasibility and early concept validation.
Prototype Development & Testing (Late 2023)
By year’s end, Vosyn was rapidly advancing in unprecedented ways. Founder Friendly Pre-Seed Non-dilutive Capital was secured, and Vosyn was on track with its ‘Pre-Seed’ round of 2mm.
Official Launch (Q1 2024)
Platform debuted at the Collision Conference in Toronto, where they announced successfully closing their Pre-Seed round and formally announced their 8MM Seed Round.
Seed Funding Secured (Q2 2024)
Google Cloud officially became a key strategic partner and featured Vosyn in their ‘top 10’ Canadian start-ups list, featured on their blog.
Vosyn Inc – Summary
Vosyn closed is Seed Round of 8mm and oversubscribed by 3.5mm. Now launching an A Round of 25mm with 4mm already committed. Today, Vosyn has over 750 people on their team with more than 300 software engineers. Well positioned, matured and on track for a targeted IPO in 15-18 months.
