Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or completed a Master’s in marketing, communications, digital media, or related fields.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in social media management or content creation, with examples you can show.
- Able to produce platform-appropriate written, visual, and short-form video content.
- An eye for brand voice and visual consistency across a high volume of posts.
- Comfortable reading engagement data and adjusting the plan based on what it says.
- Interest in building an audience for a company whose product is still being discovered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce engaging written, visual, and short-form video content for NovaForge’s social channels.
- Maintain and schedule the content calendar across the company’s social media platforms.
- Support marketing campaigns with platform-appropriate assets and copy.
- Monitor and respond to audience interaction in the company voice.
- Track reach and engagement, and report what the results suggest.
- Work with the marketing team so every post is consistent with Vosyn’s brand and tone.
Video Production Intern

We are seeking a Video Production Intern to join NovaForge. This role will focus on capturing, producing, and editing high-quality video content across NovaForge’s events, interviews, and media initiatives. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring presence in Toronto for event coverage and production activities.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or completed a Master’s in film, media production, communications, or related fields.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in videography and editing, with a portfolio or reel you can share.
- Confident with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment; fluent in at least one professional editing suite.
- Comfortable filming live, unscripted moments and working on location – this role requires on-site presence in Toronto for event coverage.
- Strong collaboration with marketing and media teams to match footage to the story.
- Interest in turning events, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments into compelling video.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality video footage during events, interviews, and on-site activities.
- Handle cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure professional- grade recording.
- Edit and produce polished videos for social media, promotional content, and internal use.

We are seeking a Podcast & Media Production Intern to join NovaForge. This role will focus on producing podcast content, capturing event media, and supporting storytelling initiatives for NovaForge events and TEDx-style programs.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or completed a Master’s in media production, communications, journalism, or related fields.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in podcast production, audio editing, or event media coverage.
- Comfortable with recording equipment and audio editing tools; able to produce a polished episode from raw material.
- A feel for narrative – shaping interviews and event moments into engaging, listenable episodes.
- Strong written and verbal communication, on and off microphone.
- Interest in startups, live programs, and making technical conversations accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, record, and produce podcast episodes for NovaForge events and TEDx-style programs.
- Capture audio and media content on site at events, panels, and interviews.
- Edit recordings into polished, publishable episodes and clips.
- Shape interview questions, run-of-show, and episode narratives with the programs team.
- Prepare episodes, show notes, and promotional assets for release across channels.
- Work with the events, marketing, and media teams so podcast output aligns with each program.
